PROBLEM

When I joined Workhuman, there was no video function supporting customer education. As the company prepared to launch its first enterprise customer portal, there was no existing video strategy, content library, or production workflow to support onboarding, training, or product adoption at scale.

SOLUTION

I built the video program from the ground up, defining strategy, visual language, and production workflows while creating launch videos, training content, feature explainers, and release communications for the platform. Over four years, I owned and evolved the portals video ecosystem through multiple redesigns and a full relaunch into Workhuman Connect, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Comms, and Customer Success. In addition to leading video, I supported the platform with UX input, embedded asset design, and ad hoc visual content as needed, helping establish the portal as a central hub for all Workhuman customers, including global organizations such as Accenture, Takeda, Pepsi, and Dell.
