PROBLEM
InsureMyTrip needed design support across multiple channels including UX, PPC ads, landing pages, internal communications, branding, and video. Design resources were limited and often distributed, leaving gaps in consistency and execution.
SOLUTION
Collaborating with 1–2 UX designers at times and coordinating with marketing teams, product, department heads, and ELT, I managed all remaining design responsibilities.
I created visual design, branding, ad creative, internal documents, and video content, ensuring cohesive, high-impact experiences for both customers and internal teams.
